 intings of Puget Sound–based artist Talia Mazzara\, whose abstract wor
 ks explore the relationship between faith\, movement\, and sensory exper
 ience through richly textured surfaces and intuitive composition.\n\n\n\
 nWorking across acrylic\, resin\, fiber\, and modeling paste\, Mazzara c
 reates pieces that invite slow observation and physical presence. Her pa
 intings balance softness with structure\, gloss with texture\, and still
 ness with motion\, building dimensional surfaces that shift as viewers m
 ove through the space. Each work carries a sense of cadence and emotion 
 rooted in her earliest creative language: music.\n\n\n\nOriginally from 
 Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley\, Mazzara began her artistic journey 
 through songwriting and vocal performance\, spending her teenage years i
 mmersed in studio sessions and musical collaboration. Over time\, as lif
 e evolved through marriage and motherhood\, her creative practice transf
 ormed. Painting emerged as a new way to express what could no longer be 
 spoken through song alone.\n\n\n\nDeeply informed by faith and prophetic
  imagery\, Mazzara approaches art as both interpretation and offering. I
 nspired in part by Exodus 35 and the idea of creativity as a divinely sh
 ared gift\, her process is guided less by rigid planning and more by int
 uition\, rhythm\, and emotional resonance. Layers accumulate organically
 \, revealing surfaces that feel alive with movement\, memory\, and refle
 ction.\n\n\n\nThroughout the evening\, guests are invited to experience 
 Mazzara’s collection up close while enjoying live music\, conversation
 \, and the atmosphere of the gallery. Light snacks and wine will be avai
 lable.\n\n\n\nA silent auction featuring one of Mazzara’s works will b
 e open during the event\, offering guests the opportunity to bring home
